Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：
?Be responsible to establish and improve the health and safety related procedure, regulation and safety operating instruction and emergency disposal plan etc.; Be responsible to determine the proper type and compliance of EHS sign according to law and regulation. Be responsible to work out the detailed fire safety layout of plant (including location of fire fighting equipments and chemicals, evacuation way etc.);
?负责组织建立并完善健康安全相关的程序、制度、安全操作规程、应急预案等；负责制定详尽的厂区安全平面布局图（包括消防设施和化学品位置、疏散路线等）；
?Participate in the safety audit and acceptance of new equipment, new process and new layout, and follow up to the closure of related problems.
?参与新设备、新工艺、新布局的安全审核和安全验收，并跟踪至相关问题关闭。
?Establish and improve the safety management system of dangerous and toxic chemicals, and conduct the daily supervision and management of the correct storage and use of dangerous goods;
?建立完善危险、有毒化学品安全管理制度，进行危险品正确存储以及使用的日常监督管理；
?Be responsible for the safety approval of all the on-site services such as constructing, installing, maintaining and repairing etc., and organize the inspection for the working site;
?负责公司所有建设、安装、维修等现场服务工作的安全审批，并组织对工作现场进行检查；Be responsible to organize the identification and evaluation of the hazard within company scope, confirm the type of HS symbol and the conformity, organize to establish and implement the program;
?负责组织公司范围内的危险源识别与评价工作，确定健康安全标识的类型及符合性，组织制定和实施管理方案。
?Be responsible to monitor the register of new purchased special equipment (such as pressure vessel /forklift;
?负责监督新购买的特种设备的注册登记（压力容器/叉车等）；
?Be responsible to provide relevant necessary support to SOG’s EHS management;
?负责给相关部门的安全管理提供必要的支持；
?Be responsible to decide PPE, monitor the usage state, and manage the first-aid kit;
?负责确定劳动防护用品，监督其使用情况，并对急救箱进行管理；
?Be responsible to conduct the health and safety training during the new employee introduction, and organize the environment protection and safety knowledge refreshing training for the employees in active service; And monitor the implementation of the department level and team level training;
?负责新员工入职培训中的健康安全教育，及在职员工的环保、安全知识更新培训；并监督部门级和班组级培训的实施。
?Be responsible to organize the training, rehearsing and evaluation of the emergency disposal plan(including fire fighting, evacuating);
?负责组织应急预案（包括消防、疏散）的培训、演习和评审；
?Be responsible to take control in the event of emergency, organize first aid, fire fighting and evacuation etc.
?负责在出现紧急情况时，组织急救、灭火、人员疏散等。
? Be responsible to organize the safety and fire protection inspection within company, report the weakness and hidden trouble in time, and request the corrective and preventive actions, monitor the responsible department to implement the improvement;
?负责定期组织厂区内安全和消防检查，及时报告缺陷和隐患，提出纠正和预防措施要求，监督责任部门实施改进；
?Be responsible to inspect the fire protection devices regularly, cooperate the site inspection of the fire brigade and keep contact with the fire brigade, ensure the back-up measures in case of loss or malfunction of fire protection facilities;
?负责定期对消防设施进行检查，配合消防队的现场检查及与消防队保持联系，并确保在消防设施丢失或发生故障时有备用措施可用；
?Be responsible to organize the external monitoring and measure related with health and safety, such as inspection of waste water, waste gas and noise, occupational harm factors, special equipment etc.;
?负责定期组织健康安全相关的外委检测，如废水、废气、噪声监测、职业危害因素、特种设备等；
?Be responsible to organize the investigation of the safety accident, and evaluate the improvement results; Report to the government when occur significant safety accident;
?负责组织安全事故调查，并对改进结果进行评估；对重大安全事故，依法向政府部门申报；
?Be responsible to approve and inspect the dangerous task;
?负责危险作业的审批和检查；
?Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
