上海长宁国际学校虹桥/浦东校区现招剧院管理技术师,上班地点为浦东横桥路198号。 本岗位是一个综合性岗位,要求能用英语和外籍老师流利沟通,具备剧院管理或IT相关技能等工作经历。(目前剧院使用的控制台为珍珠控台,FDL 方达控台(型号:XL-24)和DMX 控台 ,调音台是雅马哈) 应聘者请提供中英文简历,具体要求和工作内容如下:
工作时间:7:45-4:30, 周一至周五
Position Description Overview:
The Theater and Audiovisual Technician provides primary support to the operation of the SCIS
Theater for all school functions and secondary support to the systemwide technology team
as needed. This role ensures that all systems are functional and safe and ensures that
operation is accomplished appropriately for the activities and functions that take place
there. The role reports to the IT Manager (systemwide). It is a non-academic position.
Required: Bilingual Speaking, Reading and Writing in English and Mandarin
Theater and Audiovisual Technician Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
1.Maintain theatre equipment, systems and inventory, such as lighting, sound,
suspension systems, alarms and fire safety equipment, in coordination with the IT
Manager.
2. Operation of the theatre equipment in support of school use of the as scheduled by
the campuses.
3.Maintenance of a theatre safety manual and performance of required safety checks,
oversee subcontracted maintenance work to ensure they are properly performed.
4.Assist in the teaching of theatre technical management to other technical staff, pupils
as requested by the Drama or Performing Arts staff, and manage pupils who are
assigned operation of these systems.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Assist the schoolwide technology department with Audiovisual support or other technology
related tasks as required.
2. Take pictures and videos of the school community on a regular basis.
3.Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
4.Other campus duties
Education
1. Technical diploma in audio visual technology or digital media is preferred.
2. Audiovisual certification is desirable.
3. Low voltage certification is desirable.
Experience
1.Two or more years relevant theatre experience in managing audio, video and
lighting equipment and technology.
2. Experience of Microsoft solutions including O365.
3. Experience in minor maintenance and repairing theatre and Create and update a theatre operations, standard operating procedures and safety
manual.
4. Set-up and manage streaming video services to the community.
5. Set-up and manage sound systems at other locations in the school as necessary,
especially for special events.
6. Develop and maintain an effective communication system with the users of the
theatre to ensure effective preparation and execution of the theatre and other
school events where sound equipment is required.
7.Communicate the needs of the flexible schedule with the IT Manager and Arts staff
during performance times.
8. Ensure the safety of the theatre, including locking ensuring student areas are cleared
following rehearsals and locking of the theatre spaces.
9. Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skills
1. Ability to transport, assemble, maintain and repair equipment used in theatre and
multimedia production.
2.Good problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
3. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve established goals.
5. Ability to work on multiple projects independently.
6. Fluent in Chinese.
7. Good working knowledge of English. equipment.
8. Educational environment experience desired.
