Position Summary
Prepares financial analysis and reporting of anticipated and actual financial results for a business, function, plant, region, or location. Provides support for the development and implementation of business/function/production plans through budgeting, forecasting, modeling and analysis of business financial
information. Implement business/function/production projects to support business growth, cost saving or efficiency improvement. Communicates proactively with other departments/business to achieve organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
? Design or implement new reporting format to fit business requirement, provide accurate internal monthly management reports on time.
? Gathers and interprets estimated and actual monthly results for the business, function, region, or location. Creates comparative profitability studies and analyses.
? Running the monthly forecast and annual budgeting to support the business analysis. Support the asset optimization to help profit improvement via supply, demand, cost and commercial.
? Tracks business performance metrics that can be incorporated into reports summarizing target and actual financial performance outcomes. Prepares special analyses, such as those related to pipeline, distributor, competitors, costing, and overheads. Participates in the implementation of new reporting systems.
? Analyzes business performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement opportunities, where appropriate. Assists in reviewing cash flow statements and forecasts with management.
? Improve the tools utilization such as Anaplan, Power BI to improve the teams’ financial efficiency.
? Provides information to respond to ad-hoc business requests.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)
? Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
? Knowledge of financial modeling through spreadsheet analysis
? Knowledge of Cabot’s reporting systems
? Accuracy/Attention to detail
? Proven ability to manage and develop budgets
? Ability to gather, analyze and draw well-reasoned conclusions.?
? Ability to analyze and manage business plans.?
? Ability and knowledge in financial reporting
? PC skills (MS Office, Power BI, etc)
Education/Experience
? University degree in Finance or Accounting or Economics. Post-graduate degree/ specialization preferred.

?    乌海：一家工厂（气相二氧化硅）——与内蒙古恒业成有机硅有限公司的合资企业（于2019年投产）
?    徐州：2018年10月完成收购日本新日铁下属尼铁隆（江苏）炭黑有限公司。今后2年中，公司将大规模投资让该设施能够生产全球最精细的炭黑产品系列。
?    珠海：2020年1月完成收购深圳三顺纳米新材料有限公司，将巩固我们在高性能碳添加剂方面的全球领导地位，使我们能够提供新的创新解决方案，从而以***的性价比来改善电池性能。
