Responsibilities:
1, Identify and prospect for potential new clients and develop a rapport with them and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
2, Present new products, solutions, and services to enhance existing client relationships.
3, Help in developing Extron’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
4, Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and forecast the sales targets.
5, Work with Marketing team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
6, Maintain familiarity with and constantly evaluate competition’s products, prices, strategies, etc. info and feedback to the management for strategy setting.
7, Coordinate with the Marketing team on the advertising, promotion, and literature localization.
Qualifications:
1, Must be a self-starter.
2, Prefer 3-5 years’ sales or marketing experience.
3, Solutions-selling experience in Pro *** or ICT industry.
4, Ability to influence through effective Verbal and Written Communication skills.
5, Self-motivation for Sales and can work independently or within a team.
6, Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor.
7, Willingness to travel, as needed to support job scope. up to 50% travel.
