The Job
The role will be responsible for Creating and Developing high quality and innovative confectionery foods (Gummy, Tablet, Chocolate etc), Sweet Snack/Baked Goods/Personal Care product to meet the needs of customers and achieve commercialization objectives.

Your Responsibilities
? Support the Creation of and Implementation of the Product Development for Health & Wellness Supplements (Human Health), encompassing microbiome solutions and functional botanical extracts; and also need to support for Food and Beverage development with H&W ingredients
? Present innovative pantry and full solution concepts to customers;
? Working cross-functionally to tailor projects to customer’s needs and ‘complete’ the win;
? Support the development of products innovations and customer reactive projects;
? Organizing stability programs for new formulations.
? Supporting the commercial teams with new and existing business relating to new products;
? Working with other departments and across regions to nourish innovation from idea through to launch;
? Seeking partners to provide contract manufacturing service for new product presentations, as well as technical setup and verification.
? Set up proper laboratories to complete microbiome work. Set SOP’s.
? Be an active member of the HACCP review team.
? Reviewing new product costs;
? Carrying out any work which the company may from time to time deem necessary

Your Profile
? Proven track record in developing dietary supplement product using H&W ingredients in Human Nutrition - ideally experience in the probiotic and functional botanical extract industry.
? Should have experience in dietary supplements, in powder blending (sachet), capsules, gummies, shots and chewable tablets. Having food and Beverage and / or pharmaceutical development experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
? High quality development process experience a must;
? Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills;
? Bachelors – Formulation science / Food science / Health Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology (fermentation);
? Microbiology experience a strong preference;
? Experience in presenting and liaising with customers;
? Self-motivated;
? Resilience and be positive
? Problem solving mindset with a can-do attitude;
? Willingness to travel as part of the role;
? Eye for detail;
? Fluent in English & Mandarin
