Core Responsibilities

* Contract commercial Terms &Conditions review & risk control, and submit
proposal to sales dept. on bidding activities including checking commercial
terms deviation etc.
* Fill in cost pre-calculation schema
* Set up Sales Quotes and Sales Orders in in ERP system (Navision)
* Order handling working with Sales and Project Manager
* Billing process and payment tracking
* Monitor Account Receivable
* Ensure that national work safety regulations, environmental regulations and
enterprise rules and regulations shall be implemented in the department
* Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals
Requirements:

Knowledge /Languages

Solid commercial skills in commercial risk analysis, contract management and
order handling

* Effective project, time and document management skills and ability to
multi-tasking
* Ability to interact with sales and cross functions to achieve a successful
order processing from start to finish
* Good understanding of core business processes
* Basic finance, accounting and legal knowledge
* Workable written and oral English, CET 6 is preferred
* Advanced computer skills and profound usage of MS Office, experience in
Navision is preferred
Experience

* 2+ years’ working experiences in Accounting, sales support, purchasing,
commercial operations
* Bachelor’s degree
