Negotiate and coordinate spot rates and/or quotations for air shipments and all services within our client’s database.
充分理解行业相关术语和流程。
Display a thorough understanding of industry-related terminology and processes.
制定增加利润空间和降低成本的策略。与客户，代理和承运人的联系
Strategize ways of increasing profits margins and bargaining for lower cost.
Liaison with customers, co-loader & carriers
协助海外销售团队的业务发展，确保新的业务主动性。
Assist the overseas sales team with business development and securing new business initiatives.
与运营和会计团队紧密合作。
Collaborate closely with operations and accounting team.
对货运市场保持敏锐的洞察力，并向所有相关方提供信息。
Keep insight with the freight market and provide the information to all related parties.
根据需要跟踪报价，并沟通相关反馈，以获得有竞争力的价格。
Follow up of quotations as needed and communicate the positive or negative feedback in respect of being able to source the competitive rate to support the closure of business opportunities.
了解客户需求以制定成本和定价策略。
Understand clients’ needs in order to strategy the costing and or pricing.
Requirements:

2年货运代理/物流行业相关工作经验
2 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry.
良好的中英文听说读写能力（能用英文口语交流是必备要求）
Fair of spoken and written English and Mandarin
熟练使用电脑，熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint等软件。
Good knowledge of PC, good computer skill on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
以客户为导向，自我激励，良好的沟通和人际关系技巧。
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
