Job Task and Responsibilities:


Responsible for handling full set of air freight export documentation
负责处理全套空运出口单据
Coordinate with warehouse on cargo arrangement
与仓库协调安排货物
Responsible for handling daily inbound operation, data input and air cargo shipment follow-up
负责处理日常操作，数据输入和空运货物跟踪
Liaison with customers, co-loader & carriers
与客户,代理和承运人的联系
Communicate with internal & overseas customers to ensure a smooth running of the process
与国内外客户沟通，确保流程的顺利进行
Assist to solve customers issues, handle complaints and develop corrective measurement
协助解决客户问题
Making export airline cargo booking with airlines
与航空公司订出口航空货物
Customer invoicing in a timely manner
及时向客户开具账单
Requirements:
要求：
1 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
1年货运代理/物流行业相关工作经验(应届毕业生亦可)
Fair of spoken and written English and Mandarin
良好的中英文口语和读写能力
Good knowledge of PC, good computer skill on Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.
熟练使用电脑，熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint等软件。
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
