岗位目标:


以客户和市场需求为导向，通过技术创新和积累，设计和开发高质量、大容量的软件平台，包括CDN/全球负载均衡/大数据平台等产品服务研发, 为客户提供性价比的解决方案。


岗位职责：


· 进行产品核心技术的创新和积累
· 有效进行客户需求分析，完成产品和项目的需求分析
· 高质量进行产品和项目的总体、详细设计，并且完成相应的设计文档
· 承担产品和项目的关键模块、算法的开发、
. 利用大数据，对算法进行改进调优和改进，对系统的吞吐量、响应速度、存储效率、数据计算效率进行持续优化
· 有效进行配置管理和软件发布
· 和客户及运营团队沟通，并提供关键问题的解决方案


岗位要求


· 具备计算机相关的本科和研究生学历，数学、物理、计算机、信息等相关专业基础
· 具备良好的中文、英文读、写和口头沟通能力
· 具备良好的团队协作精神，拥有良好的跨团队沟通技巧
· 好学、上进、责任心强，能够有效管理压力、具备敢做的精神
. 精通C/C++语言，优秀的编码与代码控制能力, 有良好的数据结构和算法功底
· 具有Linux下多进程、线程、IPC的丰富编程经验；
· 深入理解TCP/IP相关的计算机网络原理
· 具备至少3年以上的产品和项目经验
