Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer on the project as the official INTEVA SDADS representative.
代表恩坦华SDADS，与客户建立良好牢固的关系，并管理与客户沟通谈判正在进行的项目。
Communicate with the Supervisor, build the Project Plan, define the project investment scheme, monitoring the project developing performance by reviewing KPIs and implementing other metrics where applicable.
与主管交流，创建项目计划，定义投资方案，管控项目开发表现KPI，以及执行其它适用的指标。
Launch and monitor the project: track progress by updating project developing status, and by leading reviews of project gate and results.
启动项目，通过更新项目开发状态、领导对项目阶段和结果的审核等工作，跟踪、监控项目开发进展；
Conduct Risk/Opportunity assessment analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
指导风险/机会的评估分析，制定并执行适用的行动计划；
Co-ordinate and handle any customer complaint on quality and technical issues.
协调处理任何客户在质量和技术方面提出的抱怨。
Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional project team (Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Production, SQE, Research & Design engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.
组建、管理、协调跨部门项目团队（销售、采购、质量、生产、SQE、研发工程），定义项目团队成员的目标和任务。
Create a "INTEVA Project Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the INTEVA Prodduct Development Process (INTEVA PDP) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all team members involved in the project.
通过在项目全过程以及项目团队成员协同工作中应用恩坦华产品开发流程（INTEVA PDP），创建“恩坦华项目管理文化”。
Act as project leader, to lead the project team member follow up deliverable compliance to INTEVA PDP Gate process.
作为项目管理者，要引导跟踪团队成员的可交付成果符合恩坦华项目管理PDP 流程；
Communicate with management the project developing performance via GateReview Meetings and regular updates of project progress.
通过项目阶段审核以及定期更新项目进度的方式，与管理层交流项目开发表现；
Manage the product transfer activities from engineering developing to mass production –ensure a smooth and efficient serial launch.
管理产品从工程开发阶段到批量生产的转移工作，确保平稳高效投产。
Responsible for the engineering change management and implementation plan execution (internal/external).
负责工程更改管理和执行计划的实施（内部/外部）。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
承担其它主管安排的任务.
Qualifications/资质要求:
Education：Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
教育：机械工程学士
Minimum 5 years of job experience, and at least 3 years of project management experience (experience in Auto industry, and product engineering is preferred)
5年以上工作经验，至少3年项目管理经验（汽车行业从业经历，产品工程师经验者优先）
Results orientation, good ability and skill of co-ordination and management.
