教育背景:◆大专/本科以上学历，自动化/电子/模具等理工科专业或从事过质量管理工作；
培训经历:◆经受过汽车行业体系培训，生产管理，过程控制、品质管理、质量工具应用等方面培训；
工作经验:◆有2年以上质量管理经验；
技能技巧:◆熟练使用办公软件；
◆了解IATF16949质量管理体系及ISO14001环境管理体系，掌握VDA6.3过程审核；
◆熟汽车行业五大手册，5Why，Fishbone，8D等；
◆有一定的英语书写能力，CET-4以上或相当水平；
态 度:◆工作认真负责，积极主动；具有团队精神；
◆良好沟通协调能力；工作原则性强。


5.负责解决生产和检验过程中发生的各种质量问题
6.负责售前和售后与供应商或客户的质量沟通
7.质量经理交待的其它任务
二、任职要求
1.英语熟练，能适应出差
2.3年以上汽车行业工作经验
3. 机电相关专业大专以上学历，学习能力强，有电子、SMT相关产品经验
4. 熟悉图纸要求，熟悉IATF 16949体系以及PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC,FMEA等工具，有VDA 6.3过程审核经验
5.具备基本量具的使用和测量的能力
6.吃苦耐劳，踏实肯干，较好的沟通协调能力
