职位描述：
1、负责公司汽车零部件—接线盒产品结构设计；
2、参与新产品质量过程的策划；
3、参与生产现场问题解决，对生产设备,工艺装配熟悉， 对生产现场提供技术支持；
4、能够与直接与客户进行沟通，了解客户需求并提供解决方案；
5、负责接线盒产品研发的持续改进；
6、了解行业设计趋势、新材料、新技术，不断提高技术能力；
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化等专业；
2、2年以上相关职位工作经验，熟悉汽车零部件开发流程及相关体系管理规定；优秀应届毕业生也可；
3、熟练使用Office、Catia或UG、SolidEdge等软件，具备一定的结构设计和分析能力,对材料/强度/模具加工和成型有一定了解,学习过CAE软件的有热仿真和结构强度仿真经验可优先考虑；
4、熟悉制图标准，精通机械制图原理、绘图规范；
5、较强的英语听、说、读、写能力;
6、为人正直诚实，性格开朗，工作细致认真，责任心强，善于主动学习，有较强的团队合作及沟通能力；
