岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略，组织制定年度销售目标和计划，并监督检查实施情况；
2、营销团队的建设和管理，提高销售人员的积极性与销售技能；
3、开发及维护项目信息，完成销售业绩；
4、维护客户关系，保持及时、有效沟通，掌握客户最新的需求信息。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历；
2、5年及以上相关的销售经验，项目型销售优先考虑；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，组织计划能力及适应环境能力；
4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
5、具备良好的团队管理能力及团队建设经验；
