RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
- As a Slab casting process expert, to prepare technical solutions for TOS projects.
- 作为板坯连铸工艺专家，为TOS外包服务项目准备工艺等相关的技术方案。
- Support for external technical exchange of TOS project.
- 支持TOS项目对外技术交流。
- Responsible for the technical correctness of the process/ equipment maintenance recommendation.
- 对工艺/ 设备维护的正确性负责。
- Technical evaluation of the performance to guarantee figures of the offers.
- 评估技术性能以保证技术参数的准确性。
- Communicate with colleagues from relevant departments regarding process-related issues.
- 与其他相关部门的同事就工艺相关问题进行沟通。
- Conduct technical assessment of project risks and propose solutions to reduce or eliminate risks.
- 对项目风险进行技术评估并提出方案降低或排除风险。
- Customer training/customer meeting.
- 客户培训/客户会议。
- Project technical support and consultation.
- 项目技术支持和咨询。

REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in metallurgical engineering or related disciplines.
- 本科或以上学历，冶金工程，钢铁冶金或相关专业。
- Above 15 years’ practical equipment maintenance experience in slab casting at steel plants, previous position as technical chief/consultant in slab casting plant is preferred
- 十五年以上板坯连铸的设备维护经验，曾任连铸厂技术顾问等职位优先。
- Good command of English.
- 良好的英语沟通能力。
