Key Work Scop
1.Sales delivery
Deliver catalyst sales’ budget/margin (refill, new opportunity, service and products),
Contribute defining budget&forecast.
Contribute Market strategy discussion and market analysis.
Competition and customer analysis and report.
2.Account management
Generate account plan and update.
Frequent customer visit and update visit report.
Customer support (commercial and technical).
Sales distribution management.
3.Collaboration
Coordinate internal technical resource including Paddington office and local to solve the plant operation problems.
Work with Technical team (UK+local) to monitor the customer’s plant operation and catalyst performance.
Work with customer service team at storage, contract negotiation and despatch follow up.
Work with Marketing team to do the competition analysis.
Work with Headquarter to discuss about price strategy.
Qualifications
1.Minimum of University Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required, from a reputed university.
2.3-5 years commercial experience in Sales & business development.
3.English workable.
4.Self-starter with initiative, high degree of integrity.
5.Computing skills, good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
6.Good communication skills along with the ability to relate to every level in a customer's organization.
