Main function of job:
1 Build and maintain a robust and scalable API automation testing platform to ensure the quality of API.
2 Develop and implement comprehensive API automated test strategies and test plans.
3 Create and maintain API automated test scripts and test cases for API applications.

Main job responsibilities:

1 Collaborate with dev teams to understand API requirements and provide feedback on testability.
2 Integrate automated testing to DevOps platform to ensure comprehensive testing coverage for every build.
3 Perform regression testing and continuous integration to identify and report software defects.
4 Identify and evaluate testing tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
5 Mentor test guidance to junior members of the dev team.

Your Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
3. Proven expertise in building and maintaining automation testing platforms.
4. Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
5. Knowledge and experience in DevOps.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible
7. Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills
8. Work independently with good organisational and time management skills whilst working accurately and able to meet multiple deadlines.
9. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese will be a plus.
