岗位职责：
· 负责大数据平台的数据接入、处理、分析和挖掘工作
· 参与Spark生态的大数据离线/实时处理平台的设计、开发及持续优化
· 负责数据模型的建立、设计和算法实现，以及模型效果的追踪、检验及优化
· 利用数据算法为产品和业务提供数据分析、报表生成、智能告警等
· 和各产品沟通，为产品监控、服务质量提升等方面提供数据支持
岗位要求：
· 出色的数据分析、总结归纳能力，逻辑清楚，思维缜密，数据敏感度高
· 好学、上进、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神，拥有良好的跨团队沟通技巧
· 熟练使用Spark/Flink大数据框架，包括Spark/Flink/ClickHouse/Kafka/ES等性能优化
· 熟悉大数据集群各组件参数调优，有参与搭建和优化过大型集群经验者优先
· 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先
· 有CDN或流媒体、视频转码等相关经验优先
