Main Responsibility:

Responsible for bank collection and foreign.

Exchange settlement of stores (about 30 stores) .

Responsible for transaction related VAT and ordinary invoice, VAT verification, invoice application and purchase, VAT invoice application, responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank management and maintenance, fixed assets registration. Assist logistics department to do quarterly and annual inventory.

Responsible for office staff reimbursement.

负责银行收款与外汇

负责店铺的结算（大约30家店铺）

负责事务相关增值税和普通发票、增值税等验证,发票申请和采购、增值税发票申请,负责应付帐款、应收帐款、现金及银行的管理和维护，固定资产登记。协助物流部门进行季度和年度盘点。

负责办公室人员报销
