Assist on full spectrum of Administration in SH office,give a hand for sales team for the order follow up work .

RESPONSIBILITY岗位职责:
1. SH office admin daily management and regular check: cleaning, office environment, green plant, laundry arrangement and coordination;
2. Office payment management: check and confirm kinds of admin related debit note. Provide cost analysis on admin expenses on regular basis.
3. Support for team buildings organization, HR Policies, Visa application etc.
4. Assistant to the sales team for order follow up work, Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
5. Collaborate with sales team for imported order follow up work: follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead-time and solutions.
7. Daily communicate with European factory, assistant sales manager to solve the quality complain from Chinese importers.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 任职资格/要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above ;
2.Business administration, international trade, English or similar;
3.At least 2 year working experience;
4.Fluent written and oral English;
5.Strong team spirit and learning capability;
