CUSTOMER ACCOUNT – JOB PROFILE
Job Objective:
Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Achieve highest customer satisfaction.
Establish a uniform image of the Group worldwide.
Job Description:
Accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets. Cooperate to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
Customer account management.
Up-date customer profiles.
Coordinate to prepare proposals to customer.
Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
Record the special needs, communicate on them with other department or suppliers to fulfill the reasonable ones.
Coordinate in after sales service.
Order Management.
Generate shipping plan according to the delivery information gathered from suppliers, follow-up the same, report efficiently to the customer and get the authorization of delivery.
Arrange the shipment;
Prepare the draft of shipping documents.
