岗为职责：
1、科研抗体试剂免疫组化应用鉴定以及研发项目相关的实验。包括取材、冰冻切片、石蜡切片、HE染色、Masson、PAS等切片染色、免疫组化、免疫荧光等具体实验操作；
2、抗体相关靶点组织分布和细胞定位的文献调研；
3、图片处理、数据整理与分析、产品说明书撰写；
4、合理安排组内工作，与相关部门沟通保证按照预定计划完成研发任务；
5、数据统计工作，并按时向上级领导汇报工作进度。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，生物学、医学检验、化学等相关专业，有医院或者第三方病理诊断相关工作经验者优先；
2、病理学、免疫学、医学、生物学等相关专业，英语良好，通过CET6；
3、掌握常用免疫组化实验操作技术，具备一定组织学和病理学基础知识，
4、熟悉免疫组化自动染色机或者病理染色机操作者优先；
5、能够独立读片，并具有石蜡切片和冰冻切片操作经验者优先；
6、工作认真负责，具备优秀的文献检索、阅读与信息提取能力；
7、有较强的责任心和沟通协调能力。

Brief Introduction
