JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY

STS is seeking an experienced manager for project management team to provide efficient approaches to project management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.The Senior PMO provides leadership and governance to a team. He/She will guide Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery which meets project goals or business transformation objectives. He/She oversees the work of Project Managers and works with services lines to ensure all projects are properly initiated, planned, implemented and closed.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define, promote and control implementation of project management process for effective project management.
2. Create and maintain templates and procedures needed for project management.
3. Ensure compliance of the project management processes to external and internal standards.
4. Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting on project management performance. (On-time in full delivery, on-budget, within expected quality level).
5. Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns.
6. Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses and to propose operational improvements and cost saving.
7. Collaborate with service lines and business lines to drive improvements in the client project management and delivery.
8. Make sure all projects are aligned with order budget per services, and follows each service standard execution process, if not, revises plan to make it is following them.
9. Enhance the customers’ satisfaction among project management team, feedback the customer’s concern positively, and coordinate the communication between company and customers closely.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above.
Excellent in oral and written English.
Understanding of Project phases and processes (E.g. PM BOK).
At least 5 years project management experience.
A least 2 years of team management experience.
Experience in managing projects involving multiple international stakeholders, building and maintaining effective communication.
Knowledge in data analysis and building comprehensive reporting (E.g. Power BI).
