负责工程项目的实施，包括项目策划，启动，准备以及现场的具体组织和实施工作；
负责项目施工组织设计编制，并对项目实施的质量、进度、安全和成本进行管理；
负责与项目业主、政府部门、合作方、下包方、监理单位和验收单位等进行沟通协调，并负责与其关系的维护；
主导现场设备/系统的安装拆解、运行、维护、培训及安全等事务，确保现场设备运行顺利；
负责项目施工资料的编制、收集和整理等工作，并配合工程部建立完善的项目档案；
主导项目的款项回收工作，按照计划完成工程款的催付任务及项目结算工作；
对项目组成员进行管理，包括任务安排、培训、评估考核等。
Responsible for the implementation of the project, including project planning, launch, preparation, organization and implementation on site；
Responsible for the implementation plan preparation, and manage the quality, schedule, safety and cost；
Responsible for the communication, coordination and maintenance of the relationships with
clients/government/partners/suppliers/supervisors/evaluation agents;
Lead the installation, disassembly, operation, maintenance, training and safety of the equipment / system to ensure the proper operation;
Responsible for the redaction, collection and archives of the project document, and assist with the Engineering department on complete archives preparation;
Lead payment collection duties, manage payment collection based on plan;
Take charge in task allocation, training, performance review and award/punishment for project team members.
本科或以上学历，环境工程/科学、水文地质/地质工程、建筑/土木工程、岩土工程、市政工程等相关专业背景，具有环保中级(或二级建造师)或以上职称；
具有5年以上相关行业工作经验，其中项目管理经验不少于2年，具有较强的管理能力和良好的沟通协调组织能力；
熟悉国内修复行业的相关法规、政策及工程技术规范，掌握常用修复技术实施流程及工程应用等，具有国内中小型土壤/地下水、矿山、耕地或垃圾填埋场综合治理等修复项目的实施和管理经验；
熟悉工程施工专业流程，基本了解污染降解、安全/环境风险控制、药剂材料、设备运行等施工重要元素；
精通工程项目施工设计，项目管理，设备管理，质量管理，安全管理等工作，具有一定的各类主要土壤/地下水修复设备/系统应用和管理经验；
熟悉招投标程序和关键节点，具备建筑/环保类工程造价技能和经验；
具有较强的动手能力和实践能力以及良好的现场问题解决能力，具备执行力，质量控制能力以及成本控制能力；
掌握使用基本工程制图软件（如 AutoCAD）及其他相关应用软件；
具备吃苦耐劳的精神，并能够适应出差。
Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental engineering/science, geological engineering/hydrogeology, construction/civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, municipal engineering or related field, with medium grade or above of professional title（or grade II constructor professional license；
5+ years of relevant industry working experience and 2+ years of project management experience, possessing strong team management ability and excellent coordination/communication capacity;
Familiarity with related laws, policies and regulations for remediation industry, mastering general methodology and engineering application of remediation project, having experience of soil/water remediation and mine restoration, farmland remediation projects with focus on project management for medium scale of domestic projects;
Good knowledge of engineering design and workflow, especially key factors such as pollutants degradation, safety/environmental risk control, remediation chemicals, equipment operation;
Strong experience in engineering design and implementation, project management, equipment management, quality management, safety management, as well as the experience of various remediation equipment/system application and management;
Good command of bidding procedure and key process, and sound expertise on engineering cost estimation for construction/remediation projects;
Strong practical experience and ability to solve problem onsite, with strong power of execution, quality control and cost control;
Skillful in application of engineering applications such as AutoCAD and so on;
Good working ethics and adaptive to business travel.
