Trislot products are practically all custom made and specifically made to meet customer’s demands. Our technical sales employees will handle first contact and will be communicating with you on more complex technical specifications, e.g. Material, slot size, design, .. You are a communicative person who checks with production on feasibility of design/lead time. Once the order has been placed, you are responsible for the technical specifications in the 3D design, material list and work flow. Once the order is in production, you provide support to the production department with your technical knowhow and ensure that quality is maintained. You follow up your projects from start till finish.
o Order related engineering. Translate text-based contracts and customer drawings into:
CAD drawings of the product (define the bill of materials, bill of labor and Production instructions)
Pre and post cost calculation, Procurement of parts for related projects.
o (Co)Supervise the quality of the project and facilitate timely delivery
o Other potential projects (Safety, Quality, ISO, IT, ..)
Requirements
? You are fluent in English and Chinese
? By preference you have an engineering background, affinity with technology is a must
? Experience with 3D software, we use Inventor
? You are organized and can handle multiple projects
? You are punctual and accurate with an eye for detail, within dedicated deadlines
? You are communicative, and can effectively communicate within a team
? Administrative jobs don’t scare you off and you do them with precision
? You have an innovative mindset and are not afraid to think out of the box
NICE TO HAVE:
? Creative and proactive mindset
? Experience in job shop engineering, the welding process
? Knowledgeable in metal processing methods such as Machining, milling, (laser)cutting, sparking, sandblasting, water jetting, welding, bending, etc.
