PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:


To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by being responsible for providing high standard services to achieve high satisfaction, positive word of mouth, good customer experiences.






PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


(Include but not limited to)
Build and maintain good relationship with members, drive member engagement and improve satisfaction and loyalty
Efficiently respond to inbound Member servicing calls / WeChat / Line / Emails within a timely manner
Process Member bookings and other requests efficiently and accurately within a timely manner
Manage and maintain Member accounts throughout membership lifespan, implement appropriate service strategies in different phases
Show extraordinary care to members and ensure quality service is always provided
Any other duties as required and/or directed by Manager
Behave in a professional manner and actively participate as a team member to achieve company and departmental goals
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
Adhere to all company policies

?及时有效地响应会员服务电话/微信/Line/电子邮件


?及时、高效、准确地处理会员预订和其他需求


?在会籍有效期内管理和维护会员账户,在不同阶段实施适当的服务策略


?对会员表现出特别的关怀,确保始终提供优质服务


?完成经理要求和/或指示的任何其他职责


?以专业的方式行事,并作为团队成员积极参与,以实现公司和部门目标


?做正确的事、承担责任并履行承诺,在职位的各个方面坚守诚信

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
1-2 years of experience in customer focused roles within real estate, tourism, education and or other relevant industries
Good computer skills including MS office, experience in CRM systems is preferred
Good English skills including basic communicating and writing
Strong communication and interactive skills
Ability to efficiently handle multi-task which includes excellent organizational and time management skills
Positive thinking and unafraid of challenges
Confident and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Flexibility in working schedule, ability to work on weekends, public holidays, evenings as required


?1-2年在房地产、旅游、教育或其他相关行业以客户为中心的工作经验


?良好的计算机技能,包括MS office,有CRM系统经验者优先


?良好的英语技能,包括基本的沟通和写作能力,懂泰语、马来西亚语、日语优先考虑
