职责 Details:
1.负责出口市场指定客户或行业的维护及开发, 牵头及推进新产品或新项目的业务发展，完成销售目标。
Maintenance and develop customers designated customer or industry in oversea market, launch & promote the business of new product and new project, to achieve sales goal.
2. 准备及更新报价；跟踪样品流程；审核合同及相关商务文件；协助客服团队
处理常规订单，单证处理及客户投诉。
Prepare or update the quotation. Follow up the samples process. Audit the new contract & related document of business. Assistant CS team to handle the regular PO, export document processing & customer complaint.
3.定期拜访客户，发掘客户需求，解决客户问题。报告及执行销售计划，完成相关报告。
Visit customer regularly to research the new demands of customer, help customer to solve the problem. Prepare & implement the sales plan and related report.
4. 与市场团体合作，参与或执行线上或线下平台、展会、培训及论坛，市场调
查，数据收集，新产品调研等活动。
Collaborate with marketing team, participate in or execute activities such as online
or offline platforms, exhibitions, training and forums, market research, data
collection, and new product research.
5.按约定的付款方式准时收款。
Responsible for account receivable to meet the payment term requirement.
6维护及更新ERP系统，保证产品及价格信息的准确。
Maintain or update in time the ERP system to ensure product or price information is correct.
7.领导或协助本部门或跨部门项目的开展如新产品或行业开发，SOP的完善等。参与公司LEAN活动。
Lead or assist business department or across-department project such as new product/industry, SOP improvement. Join in the LEAN activities.
8.上级领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks which assigned by leader or high lever.
要求 Requirement:
1.本科或以上学历，理工专业背景，高分子材料或机械专业优先。
Bachelor or above degree. Background in Science and Engineering. Major in
polymer materials or machinery is preferred.
2.5年以上实际外贸经验，有高分子，农机或食品加工设备经验优先。熟悉亚洲
市场更佳。
At least 5 year’s experiences in actual export business. Experience in Polymer
materials, agriculture or food processing industry is preferred. Having experience in
developing and maintaining AP markets is better.
3.良好的英文口语及书面沟通能力。
Good oral and written communication skill in English.
4.团队合作，勤劳肯干，以结果为导向。
Teamwork sprit, hard-working, result oriented.
5.有强烈的责任及创新意识。
Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.
6.有独立解决问题的能力。
Ability to solve problems independently.
7.愿意出差。
Be able to travel frequently.
