Develop and execute effective buying strategies that align with our business objectives
Develop and implement merchandising plans, including product assortment, allocation, and pricing strategies
Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and assortment plan across all product categories and seasons

Facilitate stock transfers, consolidation and replenishment to ensure efficient allocation of inventory and meet demand requirements

Requirements要求
Proven work experience as a retail merchandiser or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
Experience in developing and executing buying strategies, implementing merchandising plans, and managing inventory
Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, including product assortment, allocation, and pricing strategies
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns and trends, and make data-driven buying and merchandising decisions
Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate product assortment, allocation, pricing, and promotional strategies
至少2年以上零售采购或类似职位的工作经验
有制定和执行采购策略,实施销售计划和管理库存的经验
深刻理解零售销售原则,包括产品分类、分配和定价策略
优秀的分析能力,解释数据,识别模式和趋势,并做出数据驱动的购买和销售决策
