岗位职责：
1. Supplier technial development 供应商技术开发（品类：不锈钢物料， 机加工，非金属件等）
2. Assitant and support sourcing to develop and optimize supplier machining process and technical review 协助sourcing开发供应商提供技术支持
3. Coordinate and secure new components to the supplier chain 协调新部件在供应商开发阶段的供应
4. Improve and optimize supplier process and supplier chain, reduce the defects 部件量产过程中，提供技术支持优化产品加工工艺，提升良率
5. Evaluate capcaticy and comptency alibity for all suppliers 评估各个供应商加工能力水平
6.Responsible for supplier technical support负责供应商技术支持
7. Provide effeiciency and professional technical solution, improve and optimize supplier machining process, capacity and quality提供有效且专业的技术方案，提升供应商加工水平（质量与效率）
8. Supplier evaluation 供应商的评估
9. Manager and optimize supply chain, support supplier and provider to improve sample OTD(IS sample and pilot run) 供应链开发阶段为了满足生产计划需求，能够协调供应商的交货能力
10. Responsible to communicate and cooperate with supplier and provider, find solution and project move forward effieiency负责与第三方的沟通，发现解决问题，确保方案的推进
任职要求：
1. SS material, Machining background, at least 5 five years mechanical and industry experience (Prefer) 不锈钢材料，机加工等技术背景，至少5年机械行业加工经验
2. Communication skill and flexible logic thinking较强的沟通技巧以及灵活的逻辑思维能力
3. Flexible for business trip, and resident on supplier site项目初期出差频率，甚至便于驻场
4. College above(material or mechanical specialty)大专以上学历(材料或者机械加工专业）
5. English CET-4
