Job Description:
1. Conduct monthly closing process in ERP (Navision) to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information
2. Responsible for monthly tax filings, VAT refund and other government filings.
3. Verify and reconcile VAT invoices/vouchers with taxation filings
4. Handle bank reconciliation, foreign exchange transaction and cash flow management
5. Maintain fixed assets ledger, monthly depreciation/amortization and disposal
6. Review employee expense claim, payment request in line with company policy and tax regulations
7. Perform and review third party vendor related payments
8. Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations on a timely basis and follow up on outstanding items
9. Prepare and update OPEX actuals against forecasts monthly as per schedule
10. Other responsibilities to be assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in finance/accounting;
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- Excellent oral and written English and communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure, team player;
