Fashion retailer buying office is looking for a Merchandiser with experience of hardgoods. The candidate will be located in Shanghai in the sourcing office and will report directly to the Dept Manager.
His/ Her main responsibility will be taking charge of South of America market orders, product sourcing, samples request, order follow up, sample tracking, and coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by the Dept Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Negotiation of price, terms, and conditions with suppliers
-Fluent and daily communication with buyers and suppliers via mails.
-Controlling the delivery date and shipping issues.
-Watch closely the order process from sourcing to shipment.
-Sourcing of product and valid suppliers.
-Available to travel in mainland China.
Skills & Experience
Required Experience/skills:
-At least 5 years' merchandising experience in hardgoods products, such as kitchenware, accessories, etc.
-Familiar with South America Market
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organized skills, high-motivated and capable of multi-task.
-Fluent in English (oral & written). Spanish will be a plus but not necessary.
-Mastering Reporting tools (Excel, Word, PP, etc...)
