We are looking for a color PI assistant with good color matching experience & compounding knowledge. You would support color specialist to match the color target from customer in a given timeline, and collaborate with team members for compounding, molding and property evaluation.

Responsibilities:
? Support Color Specialist to provide color matching solution in a timely manner.
? Collaborate with compounding team to prepare colored pellets for sampling; operate molding machine to prepare color chips and specimens for property evaluation.
? Collaborate with testing group for testing arrangement
? Monitor the inventory of colorants in the lab
? Sort standard color chips, maintain color database
? Support color products scale up in plant
Qualifications:
? Education: College Above Degree Required
? Experience: At least 2 years of color matching & compounding experience in engineering plastics industry
? Interpersonal Skills: Customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Languages: competent in English is a plus.
