职责描述：
-Lead/coordinate quality improvement projects/activity during mass production phase, including e.g. firewall management, reduce failure rate, improve preventive quality, identification & traceability etc.
-Handle with daily defects from mass production, drive for improve.
-Lead systematic problem solving activities by applying sophisticated quality methods, and coordinating required resources, e.g. via 8D process, DOE, fish bone, 5xwhy.
-Handle with customer complaint.
-Improve quality method know-how and quality mindset within plant.
任职要求：
-Bachelor or higher on technical area, e.g. mechanics, electrical, automotive, chemistry etc.
-At least 3 years quality management experience in automotive industry.
-At least 1 year working experience in production department.
-Very competent in theoretical and practical experiences on 8D;
-Practical experience on FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, Cpk, Cmk, MSA, 5 * why.
-Technical statistic basics (variable & attributive characteristics)
-Processes about change management, concession, traceability and identification
-Basic knowhow about IATF16949
