2. Responsible for re-cycle box management, calculate the demand for all returnable package, ensure no line down record related with returnable box from supplier, internal and customer;

3. Create the working instruction, ensure the quality & quantity of the parts incoming/outgoing and maintained reasonable according to the procedure & customers requirement;

4. Improve the process related to logistics quality management

5. Maintenance of master data in SAP and issue working instruction (Packaging Data Sheet, Packaging Working Instruction, packaging account, Customer material information of package material, etc);

6. Raw material package optimization, involvement in projects aimed at reducing costs and/or improving workflows related to package,

7. Planning and specifying quality guidelines/parameters for packaging and other measures aligned to quality assurance

8. Create and complete all the packaging process and working instruction;

9. Upgrade the package equipment and layout to improve the process to achieve the saving.

Necessary Requirements

1. Precative learning, willing to learn more, work hard and willing to take more responsibility

2. Packaging related or automotive of logistics is preferred

3. Good command in English both oral and written is preferred

4. Familiar with ERP system (SAP), AutoCAD or Solid Works is a plus

5. Bachelor’s degree, or logistics, or major packaging is a plus
