Summary/Primary Role:

The Logistics Operator will manage import & export shipments and domestic logistics operation by working closely with our clients and 3PL logistics partners & Odyssey oversea logistics team.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily logistics operation including import & export transportation and domestic transportation & warehousing by working closely with Odyssey clients and 3PL partners.

Communicate with our clients to ensure our services satisfy their needs and make correct billings to our clients based on contract rates

Communicate with our partnered 3PLs to ensure they fully follow our instruction to provide good services to us and audit their billings according to contract rates

Be able to identify potential logistics operation issues & 3PL cooperation problems and escalate those to the managers




Qualifications and Key Skills:

(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills or ability required for this position)



Over 1 years’ work experience on import/export operation in third-party logistics is highly preferred（Import operation experience in Ningbo port is preferred）

Bachelor of Science in logistics, transportation, operations management, operations research, finance or economics or engineering required

Good English in both oral & writing


Desire to work in a highly visible role that will interact with individuals at all organizational levels, internal and external.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
Possess standard level of competency and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good team player is a must
