RESEARCH ASSISTANT – PROPERTY SECTOR

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support the Lead Analyst in the Property sector. Your main duties are analysing news flow, financial modeling and helping with report writing on public equity.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Assist in research report writing, generating and communicating investment ideas
- Detailed financial modeling
- Conduct industry channel checks on a regular basis
- Liaise with corporate and attend results presentations

The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting/Finance /Economics/Statistics or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in buy-side / sell-side equity research or corporate strategic research
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in written English is a MUST
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong organisational and communication skills
- Exceptionally high levels of personal motivation
- Familiar with MS Office, including Powerpoint
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
