Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for Cylinder Packs remanufacturing process from disassembly to finish goods ship out and other assignments just like maintain CBS master data. The successful candidate will work closely with EH&S, Production, Maintenance, and Quality team to meet PQVC goal.
Primary focus is Engineering documents of Cylinder Packs. Review Capital execution and onsite support in workshop as tooling or machine performance improvement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Create and update standard work, safe operating procedures, SFMEA’s, PFMEA’s and control plans, etc.
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities to implement improvements by following Lean philosophies
Providing Technical Support, Machine Integration, and Programming changes to PLC Logic Controllers, and Misc. Assembly and Test equipment
Supporting Engineering Change processes, Warranty reduction, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Velocity, and Cost metrics.
Training new processors and developing training programs for Processors and Assemblers.
Investigating and engaging in creative problem solving / brainstorming / collaborative cross-functional projects to address operational issues including ergonomic/ safety, efficiency improvements, process bottlenecks, quality concerns.
Supporting Maintenance, Contractors, and Suppliers with Troubleshooting, Repair, and Programming Changes to machines and tooling.
Designing, developing, and implementing the integration of manufacturing systems including factory control software, work order, assembly time standards, scheduling techniques, simulation, and systems application.
Coordinating, planning, monitoring, and reporting the activities associated with the flow analysis, design, financial modeling, and implementation of complex manufacturing group technology cells in an assigned area.
Providing manufacturing technical support in process control and internal certification.
Coordinating the purchase and application of machine tools, controls, and related equipment corporate wide to ensure the latest technology is being used to increase efficiency and economy of operations.
Support new product introduction
Attend Engineering Change reviews
Lead safety, quality, and system improvement projects
Drive root cause corrective actions and implement solutions
Support capacity planning and layout change initiatives
Value stream mapping analysis and optimization

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years manufacturing work experience
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing
Have been formally trained in Six Sigma /Lean methodology plus, better with analytical and quantitative skills, familiar with process improvement tools.
Experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD, Power BI
Good written and oral communication skills with English
