Lead LIPE sales team to fulfill the sales target defined in regional sales plan, and effectively implement company's sales strategy and sales plan to achieve sales target;
Promote the company’s products, solutions and services to assigned customers and prospects.
Build preferred partnership relationships with assigned customers including segment and end user. Effectively manage the customers to maintain the strategic cooperation partnership.
Continuously develop new market and sales opportunities.
Train and instruct our customer/partners about the products and solutions;
Keep communication with other departments and follow up quality, delivery, order handling, payment and technical support.
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Drive business result by building effective team and great team management
Support to other business and marketing activities.
Implement of company’s sales policy.
Qualifications - Internal
Qualifications:

University degree, major in electrical engineering or automation;
8 years and above relevant experience in LIPE product for relevant industries related customers; 3 years above of experience as sales manager;
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, strong sales team management skills, strong business breakthrough capability, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, result-oriented and energetic;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point.
