You will be responsible for ensuring smooth + efficient operations by providing up-to-date systems knowledge + ensuring the required software functionalities are optimally set up. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
To provide day to day systems support for all users.
To support the transfer + improvement of related tasks.
To deliver user trainings in system enhancements, forwarding, optimization + other dedicated trainings.
To ensure data quality by conducting regular review + analysis.
To guide external Electronic Data Interfaces (EDIs) via gathering of requirements + communicating specifications with Information Technology team.
To improve the quality of operational processes + systems.
To test + implement new releases in cooperation with key stakeholders.
To complete the analysis + optimization of operational processes for both customers + suppliers.
Your strong analytical skills + knowledge of business systems, along with your customer + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
