主要工作内容：
1. 质检现场日常管理，协调计划与班组，资源调配，制定排班，排除异常，确保按时完成质检计划，主导效率、质量、成本的持续改善
2. 物料管理：运用公司物料系统，检查各班组出入库物料数量及数据的准确，有差异找原因，及时沟通解决
3. 安全和5S：对车间的安全工作负责，巡查各班组的安全隐患，及时组织整改、监督、检查，改进工作
4. 质量管理：管理部门质量文件，严格按质量体系要求及工艺流程控制整个过程，检查各班组各项纪录是否按要求正确实施和落实，排查质量隐患、解决质量问题
5. 指导各班组严格遵守公司各项制度，遵守工艺规范等，检查各班组对违反者进行培训教育、绩效奖惩等
6. 上级领导临时交办的其他工作
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，汽车零部件质量检测经验优先
2. 5年以上汽车零部件质检工作经验，其中3年主管经验
3. 熟悉汽车制造业工艺流程，具备电泳/热成形零件质检经验优先
4. 基本的英语读写水平
5. 熟练使用windows操作系统及办公软件，掌握基本网络应用
6. 具有较强的组织能力、动手能力、沟通能力，善于发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，能在较大压力下工作，同时具有团队合作精神，服从领导，吃苦耐劳
