Position Description Summary：
Responsible for overall achieving the optimal drumming process through developing and executing the mid/long term strategic objectives while managing LSP day to day activities of drumming/loading operations and maintenance
Lead 3PL ownership of product drumming/bulk loading operations
Initiatively develop and grow a high performing drumming/loading operations team; Closely working with key operators to manage, lead, motivate and monitor the team

Position Description
Major tasks
? Manage, lead and appraise supply chain teams to ensure high level of regulatory and HSEQ compliance in order to deliver higher level of customer service at low cost to serve.
? Manage LSP and on-site logistics operations and maintenance
? Ensure proper qualification and training of LSP personnel.
? Lead risk assessment and potential hazard checking, and close action items in time.
? Review and ensure execution of ERP.
? Closely collaborate with Production Planner, Production Team and drumming Vendors to define the management of MDI drumming, prevent product losses in packaging, enhance process control points in safety, quality and quantity, and improve efficiency.
? Lead customer complaint investigation within responsible Logistics operation area.
? Proactively collaborate with procurement in defining drumming service strategy
? Manage and make sure safe, efficient and smooth packaging processes, minimize and eliminate adverse impact on production upstream and market supply downstream.
? Manage Logistics equipment utilization
? Manage material consumption in packing process to improve inventory accuracy and reduce package waste and save cost and identify causes and discrepancies. Initiate improvement actions
? Initiate changes to and review SOPs, work instructions, for operation activities.
? Review and/or sign off JHA, WSI, etc.
? Organize Hazop study, and be responsible for coordination of closing of all action items in time and in quality.
? Receive internal and external audits, close action items in time.
? Support TA, and projects of all kinds in the responsible or related areas.
? Verify and confirm OT by LSP.

Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industry engineering or related disciplines required
? Operations & Process: solid experience of operation or production management, inventory control, safety & quality management operation
? Fundamental Intermediate:
Chemical Industry Acumen – Intermediate
SC management fundamentals – Intermediate
Financial Basics – Knowledge
Risk management - Expert
HSEQ – Expert
Project Management – Intermediate
? Language: fluent in Mandarin & English both oral & writing
? 2+ years‘ experience in Supply Chain logistics management required
? 5+ years‘ experience in Chemical Engineering/operations required
? 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in chemical plants of large scale business (~10 million EUR CAPEX or above)
? Complex production and product portfolio management experience is plus
