职位描述
Position Description：
1.Exploring SF applications in the following sub-segments, including but not limited to, 1) LM907 in Keyboard/display back-light Unit; 2) SR253/906 in wearables device;3)SR900/818 in laptop A&C cover;4) TPU films and 5902 as hotmelt film;5) LM & SR film/sheet as human machine interface in IoT devices; 6) new product for mobile phone display protections etc.
2. Deep dive in the assigned segment and map the value chain include stakeholders, crankshaft. Monitor and analyze industry trend including CMF & technology, define the focused applications.
3.Develop segment strategies or plans associated with APAC CIS strategies, drive implementation by initiating various customer and market activities.
4.Identify and map key decision makers in customer's value chain; build & develop relationships with the key decision makers; listen to and understand customers’ current and future (and value chain partners) specific pain points/needs, initiate new product development to fit customer needs.
5.Drive insights and monitor market intelligence from competitions include materials, process or different competitive technology, share with other functions for assessment and take corrective actions.
6.Drive new product(include bio based or sustainability related) promotion via digital channels, i.e. live streaming.
7.Develop new customers and new opportunities to achieve aligned target.

Qualifications:
1.University degree, polymer or chemistry background
2.Above 5-year experience in PC/TPU film industry, EE&A experience is a plus
3.Strong in communication, negotiation, good team worker
4.Fluent English in both listening and writing
5.Project management skills
6.Problem solving and result oriented
7. When no university degree corresponding experience required
8. At least 10 years experience in product planning or market, development
