Primary Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for implementing and supporting the LJS (Lear JIT System) or JIT/MES system in Lear Asia sites.

Job Description

1. Work with local team and global team to do LJS on-site implementation, including solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.

2. Provide Level 2 support to LJS daily operation, do troubleshooting, take corrective actions and preventive actions to make sure LJS running smoothly with less downtime.

3. Ensure project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion.

4. Analyze JIT/MES requirement from plants, work with the regional and global LJS team to develop the proposal.

5. Communicate with global development team for continuously system improvement.

Scope: LJS implementation and daily support within APO region. Assist LJS/MES manager to manage LJS projects.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology/automation or similar fields. Graduated from universities of *** or *** project is a plus. 

Experience:

1. 3+ years working experience in manufacturing industry, job experience in automotive industry is a plus

2. Working experience in JIT/s system or MES system is a plus.

Technical Skills:  

1. Good Knowledge in windows server, network and SQL Server database.

2. Skilled at SQL, familiar with SQL Server administration.

3. Very good troubleshooting skill.

4. Software development (C#, net framework) is a plus.

5. Experience on label printing (such as ZPL) is a plus.

6. Good understanding of business process, especially on Production and Material Planning, Lean Manufacturing/Just In Time, etc.

7. Have a good command of written and spoken English.

8. Willing to travel, about 30% travels.

9. Good communication skills. Ability to provide excellent training to users. 

10. Team spirit.
