Reporting line: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial System
Job Responsibility
- Work with TAM to develop and execute strategy for searches assigned.
- Identify and evaluate potential profiles and target companies via recruiting platforms, internal/external recommendations, vendors, and other resources. Continue to enhance research results by keeping abreast of market trends and developments.
- Reach out to potential candidates, conduct phone screening/F2F meetings, and write up interview summaries.
- Provide regular and timely information to keep internal stakeholders apprised of search progress.
- Reference checking candidates.
- Support overseas HRBPs to fulfill hiring needs globally
- Participate in Corporate TA projects including but not limited to Campus Recruitment, Employment Branding, Process standardization, vendor management, etc.
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Experience in both headhunter & in-house hiring environment, be capable of handling hiring cases effectively
- Strong communication skills together with a global view of talent acquisition
- Be proficient in both oral & written English
