Work you’ll do
1、参与数据科学类项目技术售前的支持，能够将复杂多样的业务问题转化为合适的技术问题。2、参与面向客户的技术方案、整体解决方案的讲解与讨论，能够准确理解业务问题并作出专业技术判断。
3、参与项目技术可行性评估，以及整体解决方案的制定。
4、负责从数据获取到特征工程、基准模型开发、模型优化、模型部署等端到端的实施与交付工作。
5、负责项目实施过程中与其他开发团队及业务部门的沟通交流。

A fit for the role? Let’s talk about you.
1、研究生及以上学历，计算机、统计学、管理科学、电子信息等相关专业，1年以上工作经验。
2、熟悉机器学习、深度学习领域常见算法，在EDA、模型优化、特征工程、模型可解释性、可信AI等方面有丰富经验者优先。
3、熟悉Scikit-learn，Pandas，Scipy等传统机器学习框架，以及TensorFlow，PyTorch，Keras，PaddlePaddle等至少一个主流深度学习框架。
4、在自然语言处理、时间序列、推荐系统、计算机视觉、决策优化等技术领域有丰富经验者优先考虑。
5、在模型工程化部署、容器化技术等方面有实践经验者优先考虑。
6、责任心强、重视团队合作，具有良好的沟通协调能力，对技术应用落有执着追求。
7、良好的英文能力，口语流利沟通，阅读专业文献无障碍。
