Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)
？ (10%) Strictly follow company and R&D personnel EHS & 5S, comply, administration policies and regulations.
？ (50%) Lead switchable transparency and switchable lighting projects. Work with local and international R&D team and innovation team to develop intelligent system solution. Manage the project roadmap, timeline, resources, IP and deliverables with good risk control.
？ (20%) Provide innovative glazing system solution to meet the customers' needs. Keep good awareness to ecosystem players. Build up good connection with high potential players.
？ (20%) Closely link to local and international R&D, innovation and business team. Support the system solution development, customer promotion, and new business acquisition.

Qualifications
？ Master and above on Materials, Polymer or other related majors
？ Have 5 years’ experience in project management
？ Prefer to have 3 years’ experience in the area of automotive industry from car markers or Tier1 with intelligent cockpit design experience, and Liquid crystal or lighting optical materials related industry, R&D people
？ Prefer to have 2 years’ experience in people management
？ Fluent English
？ Be familiar with materials characterization equipment and method, production process, better to have system integration experience
？ Prefer to be skillful in MS software, CAD, Minitab, Python, Matlab
？ Have strong communicating and corporation skills
？ Have ability to deal with conflicts with constructive results
