Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for business related to bank and cash management, processing oversea and local payments accurately and timely base on internal standards;

2. Maintain bank account information ,including open /close bank account ,update specimens and prepare /fill in bank documents per bank requirement ;

3. Prepare weekly payments processed report and monthly bank reconciliation

4. Coordinate between banks and SAFE for payment/ funding transfer issues

5. Safely keeping all bank cheque, company seal and other important banking documents

6. Ensure SOX compliance and LOA application in daily operation, documents filing and record retention

7. Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, economics or related majors;

2. 1+ years’ cashier experiences on finance & accounting field

3. Strong sense of responsibility ,able to work independently under pressure / changing environment, handle multiple task and stay organized

4. Able to be a good team player, detail-oriented, have strong sense of responsibility and can

work independence

5. Good command in both spoken and written English

6. Good computer skill, such as MS office and knowledge of Oracle
