REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or higher, major in EE, Communications, RF/Microwave Engineering, etc.
本科或以上电子技术、通信工程、射频/微波以及其他相关专业
2. More than 3 years electrical, RF（868/434）, Wifi IEEE802.11, bluetooth product testing experience.
3年以上产品电子、射频（868/434）、无线网络、蓝牙测试经验
3. Familiar with Litepoint/R&S RF analyzer, Agilent signal analyzer, Frequency spectrograph, network analyzer, signal source, power meter.
熟悉Litepoint/R&S射频测试仪、Agilent信号分析仪、频谱仪、网络分析仪、信号源、无线功率计等相关测试仪器的使用
4. Familiarity with radio frequency test environment set up for both conducted and over-the-air (OTA) is required
精通射频测试环境的搭建及测试经验
5. Strong capability and extensive experience in trouble-shooting and debugging RF related problems
较强的RF产品分析问题、解决问题的能力
6. Good English reading, writing and speaking ability.
良好的英语读写以及口头表达能力
7. Project management experience on ECN and NPI.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任
Routine Duties日常生产支持:
1. Root cause analysis on In-Process and End of Line failures, through trouble shooting, experiments and data analysis
通过计划性的分析、试验及数据分析，来挖掘制程或成品失效的根本原因
2. Lead and drive containment and permanent engineering solutions to fix problems, and document per ISO9001
制定相应的临时及永久性工艺措施以及时恢复生产，并按文控要求流程正式化
3. Provide product technical support to Quality and Equipment department
为质量部和设备部提供工程技术支持
NPI Project 新产品导入项目:
1. Early DFM & DFT review with corporate project engineering team
在产品导入前期，与总部项目团队合作，进行DFM可制造性和DFT可测试性分析
2. Verify and qualify new testers (software and script), tooling and jigs through sample run or trial run
通过样品或小批量试流，对测试设备（软件和脚本）和工装夹具等进行验证
3. Create documents for Tooling & Testers, on setup, calibration and maintenance
建立测试设备的标准文档，包括使用，验证，校验及保养
VA/VE 价值分析及工程改进:
1. Analyze existing products to identify opportunities on design/equipment/testing for cost saving
对量产品进行价值分析，确定设计/设备/测试等方面的成本改善机会
2. Justify value engineering projects by doing samples, quality review and cost analysis
对潜在项目进行成本分析和可行性分析，并试制样品
3. Drive VE implementation by working with local departments and corporate engineering team
与各部门及美国工程部合作，推动项目实施
