工作内容和职责 Roles and Responsibilities：
1）负责职责范围内生产工艺的开发和改进；能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配工艺
In charge of product technical development and improvement; To understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing.
2）负责质量/环保体系中与生产制造相关文件的制定、培训；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等。
In charge of making the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing and training; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc.
3）负责生产过程的质量控制和产线的规划，使其符合奥托立夫的要求。
In charge of quality control and production line development, make sure meet Autoliv requirement.
4）与追溯系统负责工程师进行生产线追溯的创建；
work with tracing system engineer to build production line tracing system;
5）管理设备供应商，推动设备供应商遵循制作标准。
Manage machine supplier follow machine building standard;
6）负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理
Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management.
7）新生产线有质量风险时,组织团队分析问题解决问题.
Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue.
8）监控所有新项目设备制作的合理布点,确保生产线按时到位.
Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, Insure the line arrive on time.
9）完成部门制定的年度指标
Achieve the PD target of IE department.
10）完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。
Finish other works assigned by leader
任职要求：
1）两年以上制造现场，工艺开发相关工作经验；
Over 2 years in relevant industry for process development
2）有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；
Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;
3）能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；
Good at tools of quality management such as SPC,MSA, PFMEA,
4）较强的抗压能力和进取心
Strong anti-pressure ability and aggressive
