-Operate lab equipment to support RD projects, including sample making and testing
-Support new equipment capability set up and maintaining of existing/new lab equipment
-Organize lab test data in technical report for internal document and external communication
 

-Owns a College or University degree in chemistry, polymer, material science or related areas

-Knowledge of polymer processing and analytic characterization, including twin screw extruder, injection
molder, Mechanical tests, FTIR, microscopy, UV spectrometer etc, hands-on experience with above
instruments is a plus
