NES Fircroft is the world’s leading engineering staffing provider with over 100 offices in 45 countries. With this, our global presence is unfaltering and admirable, and we require a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Shanghai / Hong Kong office to represent us accordingly.
Due to significant demand for our services, we require a Senior Recruitment Consultant to assist in overseeing a growing desk with plenty of work!
The Role
We are very busy. NES Fircroft in China has grown tremendously, we have plenty of work incoming and strong, successful relationships built. You will be able to hit the ground running!
This role includes, but is not limited to:
Sourcing suitable candidates for job vacancies across numerous avenues
Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to your clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with both clients and candidates
Strategically identify potential leads to quantify new business development
Develop strong talent pools and build your professional network
Provide recruitment advice / benchmarking exercises to clients and candidates
About You
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Recruiter who is looking to progress in their career. Our team is culture-focused and collaborative, so you must be hard-working, but also happy to have a laugh and support each other!
The successful applicant will have:
Experience in a Recruitment position (any industry, we can train you) OR a passion for sales / people
Ambition to succeed, with persistence and resilience
A genuinely positive and outgoing personality
The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career
